Redemption Period: May 20 to September 30, 2024
Package Inclusions:
- Choice of either Buffet Lunch or Dinner
- One round of iced tea
- Function room use for four (4) hours
- Use of PA system, three (3) microphones
- Tables, banquet chairs, linen, napkins, table and buffet centerpieces
(basic floral centerpiece only)
- Waiter service, chinaware, cutlery, glassware and menu card for the
buffet table.
Conditions:
- One (1) voucher is valid for a Banquet Package good for FIFTY (50) persons.
- Valid daily for lunch and dinner events.
- Reservations are required at least thirty (30) working days prior to event date.
- All bookings and/or inquiry should be relayed to Ms. Rona Michelle Bacani
- Any additional beverage requirement shall be charged using HOTEL’s prevailing rates and will
be settled directly to the HOTEL
F1 Hotel Manila’s cancellation policy applies:
1.1. Should the CLIENT postpone the schedule of the event to another date or time, the
CLIENT must notify Meetings and Events Department in writing at least twenty (20)
days in advance. Postponement will be subject to the availability of the function room
on the alternative date. Should the CLIENT opt to cancel, par. 1.4 shall apply
depending on the date of notice of cancellation was made.
1.2. Should the CLIENT notify the HOTEL of the postponement less than twenty (20) days
prior to event date and there are no function rooms available on the alternative date,
the CLIENT has the option to proceed with the original schedule or cancel the event.
Should the CLIENT opt to cancel the event, par. 1.4 shall apply.
1.3. Postponement notice of the event received less than one week prior to the scheduled
event date stated in the confirmation agreement shall be considered a cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall apply.
1.4. The following Cancellation Schedule and Charges shall apply to all cancellations of
DEFINITE function room booking with signed confirmation aggrement:
a. 20 days out 50% of the total guaranteed charges will be forfeited.
b. 15 days out 75% of the total guaranteed charges will be forfeited.
c. 7 days out 100% of the total estimated banquet charges will be levied and / or
voucher will be forfeited.
1.5 FORCE MAJEURE: The HOTEL will not be held liable for services not rendered due to
acts of God, war, government regulations, natural calamities, civil disorders,
curtailment of transportation facilities and other inevitable incidents beyond the
control of the HOTEL that interrupts the expected course of events. However, voucher
can be applied to future use within the redemption period.
- Maximum of TWO (2) vouchers may be combined during a single event for a total of one
hundred (100) persons.
- Ingress starts 2 hours prior and egress can last up to 2 hours after the event. Any changes or
request for extensions are subject to availability and must be coordinated directly to the
HOTEL and will be subject to additional charges.
- Strictly one (1) selected menu per event. No mixing and matching or switching of items will be
allowed once menu is confirmed.
- Additional charge of PHP1, 400 net applies for each person in excess of the quantity included in
the package.
- Rate is inclusive of one (1) round of iced tea. Any additional beverage requirement shall be
charged using HOTEL’s prevailing rates and will be settled directly to the HOTEL.
- Voucher value must be used in one (1) event only.
- Inclusive of all applicable government taxes and service charge.
- Not valid for cash back.
- No bringing of outside food.
- Any additional arrangement not included in this package will be subject to additional charges.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts including Senior Citizen, PWD etc.
- Vouchers may only be redeemed by the User purchasing the Coupon whose name appears on
the Coupon, unless bearer brings valid ID of the Voucher Owner upon redemption.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, or third-party certificates.
