• One (1) coupon is valid for an Unlimited Sangria and BBQ good for fifty (50) persons.

• Valid daily for lunch and dinner events.

• Reservations are required at least thirty (30) working days prior to the event date for event bookings; with less than 30 days before the date of the reservation will be subject to function room and space availability.

• F1 Hotel Manila’s cancellation policy applies:

  • Should the CLIENT postpone the schedule of the event to another date or time, the CLIENT must notify the Meetings and Events Department in writing at least twenty (20) days in advance. The postponement will be subject to the availability of the function room on the alternative date. Should the CLIENT opt to cancel, par. 1.4 shall apply depending on the date the notice of cancellation was made.

  • Should the CLIENT notify the HOTEL of the postponement less than twenty (20) days prior to the event date, and there are no function rooms available on the alternative date, the CLIENT has the option to proceed with the original schedule or cancel the event. Should the CLIENT opt to cancel the event, par. 1.4 shall apply.

  • A postponement notice of the event received less than one week prior to the scheduled event date stated in the confirmation agreement shall be considered a cancellation. Cancellation charges shall apply.

  • The following Cancellation Schedule and Charges shall apply to all cancellations of DEFINITE function room booking with a signed confirmation agreement:

? 20 days out, 50% of the total guaranteed charges and/or voucher value will be forfeited.

? 15 days out, 75% of the total guaranteed charges and/or our voucher value will be forfeited.

? 7 days out, 100% of the total estimated banquet charge and/or voucher value will be forfeited.

• FORCE MAJEURE: The HOTEL will not be held liable for services not rendered due to acts of God, war, government regulations, natural calamities, civil disorders, curtailment of transportation facilities, and other inevitable incidents beyond the control of the HOTEL that interrupt the expected course of events. However, the voucher can be applied for future use within the redemption period.

• A maximum of two (2) coupons may be combined during a single event for a total of one hundred twenty (100) persons.

• Ingress starts 2 hours prior, and egress can last up to 2 hours after the event. Any changes or requests for extensions are subject to availability, must be coordinated directly with the HOTEL, and will be subject to additional charges.

• Strictly one (1) selected menu per event. No mixing and matching or switching of items will be allowed once the menu is confirmed.

• An additional charge of PHP2,500 net applies for each person in excess of the quantity included in the package.

• Any additional beverage requirement shall be charged using the HOTEL’s prevailing rates and will be settled directly to the HOTEL.

• Coupon value must be used in one (1) event only.

• Inclusive of all applicable government taxes and service charges.

• Not valid for cash back.

• Not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts, including Senior Citizen, PWD, etc.

• Coupons may only be redeemed by the User purchasing the Coupon whose name appears on the e-voucher unless the bearer brings a valid ID of the Coupon Owner upon redemption.

• Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, or third-party certificates.
