Terms and Conditions:

- One (1) coupon is valid for One (1) retail item for Pick-up.

- Redeemable daily from December 8, 2024 to January 2, 2024. Subject to availability.

- Last day for placing orders for Christmas pick-up is on December 20, 2023. For New Year's orders, these can be placed until December 26, 2024 only.

- Valid for pick-up from 10AM to 7PM only. Not valid for dine-in or delivery.

- Advanced order is strictly required at least five (5) days prior to redemption. Date and time of pick-up must be specified. Walk-ins will not be allowed.

- Cancellations of reservations may be made without penalty at least three (3) days before scheduled pick-up, otherwise coupon will be forfeited.

- Failure to pick up the order four (4) hours after confirmed date and time will result in forfeiture of coupon.

- Buy as many as you want.

- E-coupon printout & a valid government-issued ID are required upon redemption. Coupon must be named after the person who will be redeeming it. No name changes will be accommodated. If coupon will be transferred, a valid government-issued ID of the coupon owner must be presented when redeeming the service.

- Coupon is inclusive of taxes and charges. Coupon value must be used in 1 visit. Any amount in excess of the coupon inclusions must be settled directly with the hotel, subject to taxes and charges.

- Not valid for cash back. Nonrefundable. Not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts including Senior Citizen, Diplomat and PWD.

Terms and conditions of the vouchers are as follows:

Voucher can only be used on the specific date of redemption.

Voucher is transferable, however, the transferee must submit a letter of authorization from the person who purchased the voucher together with a copy of his/her valid government-issued ID or school ID.
Absolutely no cancellation.
No rebooking except when there are acts of God / fortuitous events on redemption date.
