Cancellations may be made without penalty at least two (2) days prior to redemption. Otherwise, the coupon will be forfeited.
In cases of no-show, the voucher will be subject to forfeiture.

Kids 7 years old and below eat for free.
Valid for dine-in only. Not valid for cash back.
E-voucher value must be used in one (1) visit.
E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or whole, or used as rebates.

Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed daily, with confirmation sent within 24 hours.
All sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges once payment is confirmed.

Delivery is available within Metro Manila and select surrounding areas. Accurate delivery details are required; failed deliveries due to incorrect information will not be refunded.

Pick-Up

Delivery

Delivery charges

Delivery services can be arranged with an additional charge for every order. The Hotel may use third-party service providers for deliveries, which shall be payable by the client directly to the service provider. The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full to ensure a successful delivery.

The determination of the prices for our services takes into account multiple factors, such

as the existing traffic conditions, the volume of orders received, the availability of delivery partners, the relevant tolls, and any additional surcharges that may apply. Consequently, the total delivery fee for the service is subject to variation. The precise charges for delivery will be disclosed to you while proceeding with the checkout process, specifically when you confirm the delivery address.

Enjoy free delivery to anywhere in Metro Manila for any order of at least PHP 3, 000.

Delivery address

All orders confirmed by F All Day Dining will be sent to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Deliveries can only be made to locations throughout Metro Manila.

We cannot amend the delivery address other than the one provided to us upon placing your order(s).

Timing of delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days at the earliest. We may use third-party service providers for deliveries. The standard delivery time is between 11:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 19:00, subject to conditions. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions such as a typhoon, rainstorm warning, or unexpected traffic conditions. For this reason, there may be some delays which are entirely beyond our control.

Food Consumption & Delivery Policy

For the safety and satisfaction of our guests, all food items delivered by F1 Hotel Manila BGC must be consumed within two (2) hours from the time of delivery and should be stored in a clean, airtight container and placed in a cool, dry place or refrigerated if not consumed immediately. F1 Hotel Manila BGC shall not be held liable for any spoilage, foodborne illness, or adverse effects resulting from consumption beyond the advised period and improper storage.
